We all know how precious your time is, and when you are juggling your home life and work commitments life can quickly become overwhelming. I’m here to take the pressure off you, whether that’s to support your business, your home or some of the many other tasks that are thrown at you on a daily basis. I have over 30 years of experience in various PR, editorial, research and admin roles in the charity and education sectors. I’m unflappable, hardworking and great fun to work with!

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

You’re here because you’re probably thinking about getting some extra support and have heard about virtual assistants - but what is a virtual assistant? As a VA, I wear many different hats. Some of these hats could be help with the day to day running of your business, but I'm also available to take over those mundane but essential home tasks or ad-hoc items to reduce your to-do list. Whether this is going on eBay to find the best value cat food, unsubscribing from endless spam, writing that blog that you’ve had floating around in your head or remotely taking minutes at an important meeting, I am a VA that can adapt to whichever tasks will help make your life more manageable.
